PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
BPM offers you various management packages. We understand that most of you have bought apartments ”off-plan” that will be completed in year 2005 or 2006. That is why we need to collect this information from you NOW, no matter of the fact when your apartment will be finished, in order to ensure you in time that we can provide cleaning and especially rental service for the first year of completion.

Sending us the submit form for our Property management packages before the summer season 2005 will benefit you with an opportunity to be included in the short-term rental program 2005 and contracting with tour operators for year 2006.

WELCOME PACK

You may arrive late in the night and no shops around will be open at this time. We offer you a Welcome pack with basic food and beverage, so you can enjoy your late night glass of wine and a breakfast early in the morning.
