PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
BPM offers you various management packages. We understand that most
of you have bought apartments off-plan that will be completed in year
2005 or 2006. That is why we need to collect this information from you
NOW, no matter of the fact when your apartment will be finished, in
order to ensure you in time that we can provide cleaning and especially
rental service for the first year of completion.
Sending us the submit form for our Property management packages
before the summer season 2005 will benefit you with an opportunity to
be included in the short-term rental program 2005 and contracting with
tour operators for year 2006.
» BEING AWAY PACKAGE
If you are away from your property, it is extremely important
to be sure that there is someone you can trust. We offer our Being away
and Being away premium packages to ensure that everything will be carried
out to your satisfaction:
Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.
Property inspection monthly, when unoccupied.
Ventilate thoroughly the property.
All areas of property checked over, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Terrace, etc.
Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
Check of lighting, plumbing, humidity, pest control, electrical check,
boiler check.
Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in pristine
condition.
Ensure all appliances are in working order.
Take care of indoor plants.
Arrange cleaning once a year (7 days notice required).
Pay the monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone.
Collect mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your
choice.
Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear
up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
In addition:
We act as your official key holder.
We will mail you a monthly Owner Report detailing any problems or recommendations
regarding your property (complete with photographs where necessary)
We act as your local information source.

You will come to visit your property for a holiday or weekends,
but do you really want to spend time cleaning instead of relaxing and
enjoying yourself? We at BPM will make it hassle-free experience for you
or your guests:
When arriving:
We will organize your airport pick-up (upon your request).
Your apartment will be essentially cleaned and aired.
A welcome pack will be provided (upon your request).
The beds will be made up and the laundered linen and towels delivered.
The boiler, fridge and air conditioning will be switched on, all the electrical
appliances will be checked.
When leaving:
We will organize your airport departure (upon your request).
We will collect the laundry (linen and towels).
We will switch off all the electrical appliances.
Your apartment will be essentially cleaned.
Your apartment will be secured and locked.

You may arrive late in the night and no shops around will
be open at this time. We offer you a Welcome pack with basic food and

» LETTING PACKAGE
For all property investors we offer rental service on self-catering
basis.
For season 2005 we shall rent out your apartments through internet, our
offices in Sunny beach and our partners - leading tour agencies in the
resort. We will charge percent of the rental income to provide the Letting
package, which includes:
Airing of the property.
Cleaning the apartment.
Making of the beds.
Delivering laundered linen, towels and toilet paper.
Welcome pack delivered (upon request).
Midweek and prior to departure check up to ensure that tenants take good
care of the property.
Full inventory and presentation before and after every let.
Check all contents against inventory.
Cleaning the apartment after departure.
Ensuring all windows and doors are locked.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Because every property is different, we have structured a

BUILDERS CLEANING FOR NEW PROPERTIES/FIRST CLEANING
Every new home after the construction work needs an essential
cleaning. Here we offer the following points of how we clean your apartment:
Ventilate thoroughly the property.
Remove all builder rubbish and paint grease marks.
Clean and disinfect kitchen cupboards, all white goods inside and outside
hob, oven, fridge, microwave, wall tiles and appliances.
Clean and disinfect the bathroom tiles, toilet, bides, washing basins
and sanitary appliances.
Sweep all the walls and ceilings.
Sweep and wash the floors and terraces.
Clean and polish all windows, glass doors, mirrors.
The price for this package varies, depending on the interior condition
after the construction works, the type and size of the apartment.

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Whether you are a property investor or a homebuyer, your apartment needs
to be looked after as a serviced one. You or your tenants will need at
least a basic equipment to make the stay a bit more comfortable and careless,
which includes:
Full bedroom equipment linen, blankets, pillows /if not
already equipped some of them/.
Full kitchen equipment plates, glasses, cups, forks, spoons, knifes,
pan, coffeemaker, electric kettle, microwave /if not already equipped
some of them/.
Full bathroom equipment towel set, shower curtain /if not already equipped
some of them/.
Cleaning set washing liquid, bucket, broom, duster, dust -bin.
